Serving In My Shoes

Shoutout to Dr-William J Brown Jr. for the service he provides to the community. A few years ago he posted info to help serve with young men at the Atlanta Falcons game and he thought I was crazy because I came 90 miles from Columbus Georgia just to help. “Captain Favor” as they call him made sure I understood that I had to wear all black in order to be able to get in. I stopped by Wal Mart to get an all black pair of shoes in the lowest price range because I did not want to spend a lot of money for a pair of shoes that I would only wear one time. Litttle  did I know that these shoes were not only cost effective but they were some of the most comfortable shoes that I have ever wore in my life. This is where the legend of my $10 shoes began. I never would of saved if I never stepped up to serve. Not ever family can afford $50 or $100 shoes for their children so now I wear them to show others that you can live your dreams but along the way you have to learn how to serve in the dreams of others.
