March 25, 2018

Encouragement Speaker gives a DERRICK Interview by asking 7 questions through each letter of his first name to give you an insightful perspective from other experts, entrepreneurs, celebrities and up and coming super stars.

Today’s DERRICK Interview is with Darrell Boysaw who is the Founder of Middle Man Out Entertainment. Also known to the music world as Pappa Doc Luv, an Artist, Music Creator and Entrepreneur from Central Illinois in the Twin Cities of Champaign-Urbana who moved to Sacramento in Northern California in the 90’s to pursue a football scholarship opportunity.

As Boysaw continues his musical endeavors he knows full well the importance of making sure there is food on the table and that his ends always meet so he has service ventures like Boysaw’s Moving Delivery and Transport and the Boysaw’s Jump Houses that are available for the public to support in the Sacramento area.

The beat that inspires PDL Hip Hop Heart has been influenced over the years by artists such as Run DMC, Kurtis Blow, BDP, Rakim,Redman,Dr Dre, Outcast, Dougie Fresh, Slick Rick, and the Grand MFFF.  A great moment in his career was when he  opened up for Jamie Fox at the Crest Theatre in Downtown Sacramento.

Middle Man Out Entertainment continues to thrive and stay alive because he still feels the love when the crowd understands and feels and responds to what he’s laying down.

Darrell Boysaw AKA Poppa Doc Luv is never shy with his words and leaves these words of wisdom for others to live by “Never wait on someone too long .. you’ll Never finish your music projects. I’m not going for the banana in the tailpipe, neither should anyone else. Don’t look up to anyone, just respect what they actions do.”

Making music that’s inspirational and appreciated. My goal is for my music to help me travel the world and create a great legacy.

To tell you the truth what little education I have I use it to question all the BS I was taught in the US school system.

R is for Resource. What resources do you bring to the table that makes you unique or stand out?

I think quick so that helps me be creative on the spot, not afraid to entertain large or small crowds, decent connections to help finish music that I mostly have conceived.  I have had other businesses already working for me so that helps me not have to depend on others which helps me be able to focus on my goals and making music for souls.

R is for Ready. When did you realize you were ready for what you are doing now?

When I invested my own money and realized most will not invest in me like me.

I is for Individual. Name at least one individual in your network that others should learn more about and why?

Gene Hicks because he’s reshaping the fitness world with Hip Hop Fit. His impact on people has always been enormous, he is also the my main producer on my album which is one of the the best ones I have created thus far. He is a giver.

C is for Challenges. What challenges have you had to overcome?

Being immature, waiting on someone else to finish my project Middle Man Out

K is for Key. What keys to success can you leave for upcoming entrepreneurs and leaders?

The 11 Things I learned From DABO SWINNEY

December 17, 2017

As the guest speaker at the 10th Annual Sports Visions Awards Luncheon Clemson University Head Football Coach Dabo Swinney did not disappoint.

Coach Swinney gave back more to the audience than they could possibly take in. During Mr. Dabo’s presentation he inspired and motivated other players and coaches with what he called his fundamentals for success through stories, quotes, scriptures and words of encouragement.

The St. Luke Church was buzzing with excitement and if you were not there I’m here to take you there by summarizing what happened and how this message changed our lives so through his name I present to you the “11Things I Learned From DABO SWINNEY.”

(D) is for Dream. Don’t be afraid to dream big but set goals with a vision for your success.

(A) is for Active. Be involved and stay involved in school and community programs.

(B) is for Build. Surround yourself with good and tough people so you can build and have positive relationships.

(O) is for Over. Don’t buy into being an over achiever but speak belief into your life and say “I’m not an overachiever I’m an over believer.”

(S) is for Spiritual. In order to have success on and off the field you have to have a spiritual foundation in your life.

(W) is for What. People say someday I will do this and someday I will do that. What you do today determines when your someday will be.

(I) is for Individual. People that are successful know that separation comes from preparation.

(N) is for Now. Don’t take anything for granted so start to bloom where you are planted.

(N) is for Never. Never Ever let people walk through your mind with dirty feet.

(E) is for Education. Getting your diploma and degree is a game changer and it can take you out of the long line and place you in the short line.

(Y) is for You. You can be successful and make a difference. You can work hard and out work others.

When you hear Dabo Swinney conduct interviews or talk to his team in the locker room it will not help you understand how great he is and why he is one of the top coaches in the world until you hear him speak and share his story and still give God glory. I hope this message inspired you like the 11 Things I Learned From DABOR SWINNEY inspired me.

Book The WOE Man Show

April 30, 2017

In the summer of 2017 you can bring in the WOE Man Show to give motivation inspiration and encouragement to your group youth church program city town organization association school college business or company.

While faced with divorce with his after college sweetheart Derrick Hayes moved with a friend and slept on his apartment floor without a bed for over a year. Next to Derrick was a bible that read woe is me and a dictionary that defined woe as a trial and tribulation. When Derrick pulled out a pen and pad he received his life changing statement, “Before you leave work or go to sleep tonight, give someone a WOE, a Word Of Encouragement.”

Derrick had Derricknyms but when facing adversity the universe used him to give the world WOE by speaking to him through words so that others would receive entertainment education and elevation.

The WOE Man Show came to life after Derrick Hayes developed his craft  as a Motivational Speaker at several events sponsored by such entities as the U.S. Department of Commerce, Subway, Legacy Chevrolet, Brown Sanders College, Georgia State University, Tennessee Childcare Facilities Corporation, Mississippi 4-H, American Camping Association, Bowie State University, Tennessee State University, Georgia Power, Jackson State University, and many others.

Derrick Hayes is never selfish with his success as he gives back to others by providing them with guest blogging opportunities, publicity with DERRICK Interviews, recognition via his blog Today’s Honoree and motivation with The DAILY Message and the Android and iPhones app Motivation To Your Mobile.

She has lived in Germany Berlin, Miami and is currently for the past 9 years in Dubai U.A.E.  Her paintings are mostly acrylic and oel on canvas and her signature work consists of bright, bold colours, with very different effects and techniques.

She took her first painting lesson in 1998 after school back in Germany. Went to many Art Exhibitions worldwide, Art Basel, Art Berlin, Art Fair Singapore and many more.

Now intently focused as an abstract artist, Sabrina was inspired – the paintings were fresher and more sophisticated.

My paintings are about energy, color, and feelings. My work has a spiritual bent and is a result of continual exploration.  I believe that true art comes from within and color is central to my individual expression of my feelings. As well I combine my music with the Art I create , live on stage or in my studio.  My Paintings are sold worldwide, I am travelling all over the globe.

D is for Dream. What is your dream, goals or what have you achieved?

My biggest dream was always, traveling around the world, which I did and still doing. Then building a family besides my career. My last goal was becoming a well known dj in the region ( Middle East , Dubai) which I successfully achieved. My next goal is becoming a well known artist and painter.

E is for Education. What is your educational background and how do you use it daily?

I went to a school 🙂 honestly , if you arent a Doctor etc you just need to educate yourself via internet, I watch Youtube Videos to learn more about the world.

R is for Resource. What resources do you bring to the table that makes you unique or stand out?

I am very creative since school, means I love colours and can combine them, so for example with my Art, there is many different styles not just one , some artist just paint the same style again and again. I am open format as we say in music, means flexible 🙂

R is for Ready. When did you realize you were ready for what you are doing now?

You can do anything you want in life, as long as you believe in yourself nothing is impossible…

I is for Individual. Name at least one individual in your network that others should learn more about?

My mom.

C is for Challenges. What challenges have you had to overcome?

Relationships due my career, distance from family etc.

K is for Key. What keys to success can you leave for upcoming entrepreneurs and leaders?

The Key is not to give up and think positive which is not always easy , but even you fail , stand up and try again! Rom was not built in a day 🙂
