E is for Encourage. What encourages you?
My strength and drive to help people and my mission pushes me along with the results I experience with my personal clients and also the reaction to my public speaking engagements.
I have always been driven and constantly reinvent myself as an Award-Winning Entrepreneur and “Champion Motorcycle Racer who Singles like an Angel.” My roles include: Success Acceleration Trainer, International Speaker, #1 Best Selling Author of “Win the Race of Life, and 4 times Book Award Finalist. I semi-retired at 36, from my financial business, and have served over 800 clients in their business finances and personal journeys.
R is for Resource. What resources do you bring to the table that makes you unique or stand out?
In 2001, I bought myself a motorcycle for pleasure, and two years later started motorcycle racing for sport. I went on to win the “RACE Women’s Championship” in Ontario (Canada) in 2006 and in 2007, I secured a third-place finish at Daytona Raceway, against 75 men and scored 9th overall in the WERA National Championship in USA.
My personal story is incredibly motivational, becoming a world-class female motorcycle champion and a premiere Life Acceleration Trainer, proving through the tragedies that nearly crushed my dreams that we can indeed overcome setbacks and go forth to be incredibly successful. Whether you are a woman looking for a positive role model and an infectious “can-do” attitude or someone with big dreams but little inspiration, Lajoie’s coaching program and latest book is the perfect guide for turning your life from one of hopelessness into one of fearlessness, helping its readers to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds. My help will silence any negativity or personally imposed limitations, giving you the push that you need to become successful and attain your goals, no matter how lofty they may seem or how many struggles you must go through to attain them, helping you to reach the finish line.
R is for Ready. When did you know you were ready for what you are doing now?
In 2007, after I semi-retired and start giving conferences for fun and saw the impact on audiences.
In 2008, I formed my own real estate investment firm, Nadynn International Inc., which operates in four states with four partner teams. Nadynn International achieved rapid success and led to greater financial independence, while enabling me to help other investors and partners to achieve their own financial goals.
My drive is to inspire and help others has pushed her to always learn from the best. I obtained certification at “Train The Trainer – Levels I & II” with T. Harv Eker, best-selling author and renowned business consultant. She trained with leading experts like Berny Dorhmann, Les Brown, Jack Canfield, Marianne Williamson and shares her learning
In 2011, I achieved #1 best-selling author (Amazon/Dreams) with her first book “Win the Race of Life…With Balance and Passion at 180 MPH!” (published by Tendril Press) and was finalist for 4 Book Awards in London and USA (Wild Card (2), Inspirational and Young adult/non-fiction).
I is for Individual. Name at least one person that you know that you feel others should learn about and why?
Les Brown, because he is a wonderful person and a huge inspiration, extremely funny and helps me to never give-up and keep on track! I am also a co-author of his best-selling book “Fight for your Dreams.”
C is for Continue. When you fail, things look bleak or are not optimistic what makes you want to continue?
The big why! The vision, mission and lives I can change along the way. Receiving wonderful testimonials in these moments are a sign from the Universe. One must never give up!
K is for Key. What keys to success can you leave for upcoming entrepreneurs and leaders?
I teach RACING for team building as an acronym for my life:
R – Recognize your finish line and your dreams
A – Act one corner at a time.
C – Care about yourself, your family, and your business.
I – “In-Power” (Discover your inner-power, inspire & empower)
N – Never give up.
G – Get it done.
Is there anything that we did not touch on that you would like to inspire others with?
After contemplating thoughts of suicide when I was at my lowest, I turned my life around and accomplished great success in many areas of my life. Born in St-Irénée, Quebec, Canada, as a young woman, I experienced profound discontent and harbored suicidal thoughts until 1995, but then reached out for help and changed my life “one corner at a time.” Volleyball and piano saved my life as she always said. With the determination, focus and balance of a champion, I now use life, business, and motorcycle racing successes to inspire audiences (both teens and adults alike) to race toward their own dreams with passion and balance.
In 1999, my life changed when I began a course of personal and spiritual development at The Institute for Personal Growth, under the direction of Annie Marquier in Quebec, Canada. I finally got in touch with her own light and inside power.
